BMW Rider Training offers a comprehensive range of courses, from Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) and Direct Access (DAS) for novice riders, through to advanced post-test training for experienced motorcyclists. With two locations - one in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and the other in Royston, Cambridgeshire, customers can choose the most convenient for their course.
Try our CBT Plus course and spend two days learning to ride with us. Starting as a complete novice, you'll leave with a CBT enabling you to ride a 125cc commuter bike or scooter for two years on the road with L-plates.
We'll take you from a complete novice to a fully-qualified rider within a week. We suggest a five-day course if you've done a CBT+ with us and seven days if you've never ridden before. We'll send you theory test materials, train you on a BMW and you'll take your test on the final day.
For a one-off fee, customers can book their seven-day Direct Access Unlimited training with the reassurance that they will be given as much premium training and as many attempts at both the Module One & Two tests as they require to pass, without any additional costs.
BMW Road Skills courses help you build on the skills you've been using since you gained your licence, equipping you with a range of techniques that cover everything from machine control to road positioning, observation and overtaking. FIND OUT MORE
All IPT courses are based around one-to-one training with the rider and instructor, who will perform an initial assessment of your riding before structuring the course to meet your needs and personal objectives. This may be to reach the RoSPA standard or simply to address a key issue you have with handling or riding a motorcycle.
